How can you stay current with new trends and tools and improve your skills in our fast changing world? Two convenient ways of course are 1) reading magazines and books that bring you up to speed on latest trends such as mobile learning or building unique eLearning scenarios or 2) attending webinars on learning design and related topics.
One fun way I recommend to learn, share, and connect with training industry leaders and peers from around the world is by attending a training conference. We at Raptivity have already launched our conference season by participating in the ASTD Techknowledge conference held in San Jose, CA this month. I enjoy attending conferences because they give me the opportunity to learn about new trends, network with industry peers and most of all meet customers!
Why Attend?
Is attending a training conference on your agenda for 2013? I encourage you to consider it. Where else can you attend workshops and sessions to build your skills and knowledge, wander past rows of learning vendors showcasing latest tools, products, and services, and network with thousands of your peers, all under one roof?
2013 Training Conferences
Wondering where you will find us in 2013? How about at training conferences on three different continents! In early spring, Raptivity booths will spring up at three conferences in the U.S. and by late spring at conferences in Australia and Africa. In fact in April, we will be at two conferences at the same time but on different continents!
Below is a more detailed list of training conferences we plan to attend over the course of the next 3 to 4 months. I hope to see you at one of these conferences! Which one do you plan to attend?
If you plan to attend these conferences, come by and visit us at our booth and meet our Raptivity representatives. If you would like to set up a meeting with us before or at a conference, write us at info@raptivity.com.
