Create your own Learning Theory

Wikipedia defines Learning Theory as “Learning theories are conceptual frameworks that describe how information is absorbed, processed, and retained during learning. Learning brings together cognitive, emotional, and environmental influences and experiences for acquiring, enhancing, or making changes in one's knowledge, skills, values, and world views”.
Raptivity has been following this principle by having its interaction models based on some of the popular learning theories namely; Blooms' Taxanomy, Gagne's Nine Events, Keller's ARCs Model and Experiential Learning. By doing so, Raptivity users are ensured about meeting their learning objectives without compromising on any of the learning theory parameters. Apart from that, team Raptivity has prepared a short video clip which will help you in creating your own learning theory.

Jamaica, the presenter in this video clip will summarize the popular learning theories and gradually showcase the process of creating a new learning theory which can be a good reference point for your colleagues and subordinates.
